Retreat in Ubud

October 3rd to 6th

A GENTLE AND WELCOMING IMMERSION

The final days of the journey will be spent in a beautiful retreat surrounded by Balinese nature.

This is not a proposal for an austere retreat or intensive practices. There will be no mandatory silence, physical demands, or a rigid routine.

Our intention is to create a welcoming environment to slow down, rest, breathe, and make space for a deep reconnection with oneself.

Throughout these days, we will have accessible yoga and meditation practices, experiences inspired by Balinese tradition, moments of reflection, integration, and contemplation of nature.

Everything will be conducted in a relaxed manner, respecting the pace, experience, and limitations of each participant.

More than "doing" many things, the invitation is simply to be present and allow the experience to happen.
